Never received my money Ill sign my documents I sent my documents and Ill screenshot it the small micro mini deposits and sent them in i still did not did not receive my money from womply I sent multiple micromini deposit in and still did not receive anything theyre still telling me to verify my bank I verify my bank I called my bank they said everything is good but still no deposit into my account so I want to know whats the hold up

Thing's won't change unless you do something.

We're losing CNA's left and right. I had my call light on for a half hour or more. This place is neglecting people. This has to stop. You can't work with a limited crew like this and expect to have a business like this. Things won't get done and eventually if you continue like this your going to be sued by someone. Thing's are getting to the point that the CNA's aren't doing their jobs. So no rating for this place unless it changes.

Better improvements.

People not doing the job they're supposed to.

This is a prime example, I needed the bed pan, I was put on it, but no one wanted to take me off. 3 CNA's walked past, and asked me what I needed. I told them. I was done with the bed pan, my light was on too. None of them wanted to help. I told you before I can't walk or stand or I would have used the toilet, but I'm unable to right now, until I get a new knee. My call light was on too. This needs to stop. Don't put me on a bedpan and don't want to get me or anyone else and not respond or comeback when the person is done.

Poor quality of health care.

I have given my answers to problems happening around here at Odin Heath and Rehab, but things are getting worse instead of better. No body is doing anything to improve things around here. Except the company treats everyone, employees, patients and everything else. So no I'm not going to change my review at all except to tell people that it's getting worse,

Did not decline and I need my money

Womply says I decline the money I was approved for and somehow they said I declined The money was never put in my account and I and I continue to update my banking information eventually i stopped trying and just waited for the money to show up Somehow when I go back and check they're saying that I declined the money borrow decline I'm a struggling small business person why would i decline money that I was approved for I don't know what happened to the money it's a little money months went by and still they never deposited in my account I really like to know how I can get my money and then prove to me how I decline To assets the money

I'm a very fustrated resident in your Odin, Illinois location. We have all kinds of problems. First was Laundry. They had managed to lose a pair of lounging pants, which they replaced. On 12/2/2021, I had socks that went to laundry to be washed. I had told Department Manager, Jill Davis about it 12/16/21, but no socks and my name is on them. I have yet to get them back. There is only one laundry person that does the job, Theresa. Lately, and it's worse on weekends we have hardly any bedding, especially at night. Another problem is the Kitchen is, Diane Spicer is in charge of the Kitchen. When they make a mistake she blames the CNA's. Diane Spicer uses that as an excuse everytime. The orders will be ok some of the time, but they have been ok, but on weekends there is screw ups because the kitchen and CNA's don't read the tickets some of the time. There is only 2 cooks and 2 helpers in the kitchen that know what is going on. Ray and another cook(the woman cook) and Tangie that knows what they are doing. 12/18/2021, is an example. Breakfast this morning is an example, I got the wrong tray for another room, the CNA told me it's not her job to look at the ticket and make sure it's right. It's a good thing that I was paying attention and not elderly that don't know any better, but if I were to drink the orange juice, I'm allergic to oranges. Everything is on my ticket. I don't know if it's lazyness or what, but I told the CNA, that if I didn't know better, that would have been a lawsuit. We need better bed pans too. The pink ones we have are these pink flimsy ones. We need the gray ones back. I'm on my 5th pink bed pan that's how flimsy the pink ones are. The nurse know I always get my surgery checked and my Insulin shot before I eat a meal. There are 3 that want to give it after I eat. My Insulin is man made pen Insulin due to the fact I am Insulin resistant. I have been told by 2 Endocronolists too check and take my Insulin before I eat. No wonder my sugars are elevated. The nurses aren't doing it right. I am on a schedule and I need to stick to it. I have several health problems right now. I need a new knee. I have hounded the nurse since August that I need my results of my stress due due a bad heart from double bypass and heart attack in 2008. I need dental work done and I can't do these things without cardiac clearance. Now my Cardiogst doc is out of the country until next year. Now everything is on hold, because ,our employees want to drag their feet. No one want's to work. Honestly this place has gone downhill and if someone doesn't fix the problems, it is going to get worse. Management is letting problems doesn't do anything for the patients, resident's and employees. Management let's things go in one ear and out the other. Things need to change, because this place has gone gone to *** The new company needs to do an surprise inspection without letting anyone know. Then you can see it for yourselves. No one likes to answer phones either. Then you wonder why loved ones get mad. Thank you for yoUr time.

Womply glitch, was approved for my loan and never got it

Womply is awful! I was approved for both my loans and because of some stupid error on their part I never received my loan. Basically, I needed to update my bank account info, as my first bank they claimed they weren't compatible with. However, each time I updated my bank account info, they just kept putting my first bank account back on the form instead of updating it. They don't even bother writing responses to my messages and just use copy pasted / scripted responses. Their support is next to non existent and are possibly the LEAST helpful and WORST customer "service service* I've ever encountered.. 0 stars out of 10.
